          Configure Agent User Permissions for Agentforce Banking Service Customer Assistance

          Give your agent the access it needs to handle banking service requests by assigning the required permission sets, object permissions, and field-level security.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To assign permission sets:

          Assign Permission Sets

          AND

          View Setup and Configuration

          To set field-level security:

          Manage Profiles and Permission Sets

          AND

          Customize Application

          1. Assign permission set licenses.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
            2. Find and select the EinsteinServiceAgent User record.
            3. Confirm the assigned user license is Einstein Agent and that the assigned profile is Einstein Agent User.
            4. Scroll down to the Permission Set Assignments section, and then click Edit Assignments.
            5. Under Available Permission Sets, select FSC Service, Industry Service Excellence, Omnistudio User, and Rule Engine Runtime permission sets, and then click Add.
            6. Save your changes.
          2. Assign object permissions.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
            2. Find the Einstein Agent User profile, and click Clone.
            3. Enter a name for the cloned profile, and click Save.
            4. Select your cloned profile, and click Edit.
            5. Under Standard Object Permissions, locate these objects and assign the Read, Create, Edit, and View All Records permissions.

            6. Save your changes.
            7. From Setup, go to Users, select the agent user record, click Edit, and assign the cloned profile to the EinsteinServiceAgent user.
          3. Configure field-level security for the Type field and the SubType field on the OmniProcess object.
            1. In Setup, go to Object Manager.
            2. In the Quick Find box, enter OmniProcess, and then select OmniProcess.
            3. Select Fields & Relationships.
            4. Select Type, and click Set Field-Level Security.
            5. Select Visible and deselect Read-Only for the profiles.
            6. Similarly, update field-level security for the SubType field on the OmniProcess object.
            7. Save your changes.
