Prepare Your Org for Agentforce Banking Service Customer Assistance
Before you get started with Agentforce Banking Service Customer Assistance, configure
field-level security for the Case object and prepare your data records to support banking
inquiries. If you use FSC Standard objects, add picklist values to the Issued Card object and
enable the required financial account settings.

Configure field-level security for the AccountId field and the SourceId field on the Case
object.
In Setup, go to Object Manager.
In the Quick Find box, enter Case, and then select
Case.
Select Fields & Relationships.
Select AccountId, and click Set Field-Level
Security.
Select Visible and deselect Read-Only for
the profiles.
Similarly, update field-level security for the SourceId field on the Case object.
To capture the status of issued cards for card-related subagents, add picklist values to
the Issued Card fields. Complete this step only if you are using FSC Standard objects.
In Setup, go to Object Manager.
In the Quick Find box, enter Issued Card, and then select
Issued Card.
Select Fields & Relationships.
For the required fields, add these picklist values.

Create records for Financial Account, Financial Account Party, Financial Account Balance,
Financial Account Transaction, and Issued Card.
Make sure to populate the Source System ID field in all the created records.
