          Total Branch Records Shows the aggregate count of all records associated with the branch's activities and performance. Use this metric to track the overall volume of data that is managed by the branch.
          Total Accounts Shows the aggregate number of banking accounts managed by the branch. Use this metric to assess the overall size and depth of the customer base and product penetration.
          Total Leads Shows the aggregate number of all potential sales opportunities (prospects) currently in the pipeline. Use this metric to track the overall volume of new business opportunities the branch or banker is managing.
          Total Contacts Shows the aggregate number of individuals the bank maintains a relationship with. Use this metric to track the size of the network for targeted outreach and efficient relationship management.
          Total Cases Shows the total count of open or recently created service cases associated with customers or the branch. Use this metric to maintain a view of service needs and prioritize issue resolution.
          Total Opportunities Shows the aggregate number of all active sales opportunities in the pipeline. Use this metric to track the overall volume of potential new business and forecast future revenue.
