          Enable CRM Analytics for Complaint Management

          Before you create the CRM Analytics app for Complaint Management, enable CRM Analytics in your Salesforce org.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Getting Started, and then select Getting Started under Analytics.
          2. Select Enable CRM Analytics.

            If you see the Launch CRM Analytics button, CRM Analytics is already enabled.
