View the associated Assessments and Assessment Library tabs after you add the Assessment
component to the account record page. The Assessment component shows assessments that you create
using the Discovery Framework.

From the app navigation menu, click Accounts and select the client
record page account where you previously added the Assessment component.
To generate the questionnaire, on the Assessment component, click the Assessment
Library tab.
Click FSCFactFindingQuestionnaire >
Start.
Fill out the questionnaire and click Next >
Save.
You can see the saved questionnaire in the Assessments component’s tab, where
the most recent questionnaire appears at the top of the list. The questionnaire results
show a risk score and an investment objective.
