To create sharing rules: Manage Sharing

In Setup, review the default organization-wide sharing settings for the objects that Flexible Hierarchies uses. Edit them to extend or restrict access as needed. You can also use permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchies, or manual sharing to fine-tune access beyond the organization-wide default options.

          1. From Setup, search and select Sharing Settings.
          2. Review the object's Organization-Wide Defaults. Share the records of the object with required users according to your business requirements.

          3. To make the Flexible Hierarchy Validation Job Run object records visible to other admins, set these organization-wide default sharing values.

          4. Review the sharing settings for Flexible Hierarchy Node Summary records. You can use an independent sharing model for these records or inherit access from the Flexible Hierarchy. Follow standard platform access patterns to restrict access to sensitive summary data.
          5. Save your changes.
