Set Hierarchy Status to Draft
To prevent your users from viewing incomplete or work-in-progress hierarchies, as a hierarchy admin, you can set the hierarchy's status to Draft.

If a hierarchy's status is set to Draft:
When you create hierarchies by using the API, the status defaults to Draft. However, if your hierarchy managers use the hierarchy builder to create a hierarchy, you can manually set the status to Draft by using the quick action.
