            View Flexible Hierarchies

            View flexible hierarchies in the Graph view or the Grid view on the hierarchy details page.

            To view flexible hierarchies: Flexible Hierarchy User
            1. From the App Launcher, search and select Flexible Hierarchies.
            2. Click a hierarchy to view its details.
            3. View a hierarchy in Graph or Grid view. For details on Graph and Grid views and search options, see Visualization Formats for Flexible Hierarchies.
            4. To view the summary rollup metrics, click a node.
              You can view rollup metrics if the hierarchy admin has configured them in the hierarchy type that was used to create this hierarchy.
            5. To view the contacts linked to an account node, click the node.
              You can view the contacts related to an account node, if the hierarchy admin has configured it in the hierarchy type that was used to create this hierarchy.
