Choose the Policy and Claim Details to Show on Hover
When you hover over a policy or claim on the Policy component, an expanded lookup card
displays the key fields from the policy or claim record. You can customize the associated compact
layout and choose the fields that you want to show in the expanded lookup card.
Required Editions

Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited
Editions
Choose the policy fields to show in the expanded lookup card.
From Setup, open Object Manager.
Click Insurance Policy, and select Compact
Layouts.
Clone the System Default layout, or click New to create a compact
layout.
Enter a label for the compact layout, and add the fields to include.
Sort the fields in the order that you want them displayed by clicking
Up or Down arrow.
Tip Put the Policy Number field first to provide users context when they hover
over a policy.
Save the layout.
Click Compact Layout Assignment, and then click Edit
Assignment.
From the Primary Compact Layout list, select your compact layout.
Save your changes.
Choose the claim fields to show in the expanded lookup card.
From Setup, open Object Manager.
Click Claim, and select Compact
Layouts.
Clone the System Default layout, or click New to create a compact
layout.
Enter a label for the compact layout, and add the fields to include.
Sort the fields in the order that you want them displayed by clicking
Up or Down arrow.
Tip Put the Claim Number field first to provide users context when they hover
over a claim.
Save the layout.
Click Compact Layout Assignment, and then click Edit
Assignment.
From the Primary Compact Layout list, select your compact layout.
Save your changes.
