Hide the claims list for policies that you don’t want to show or when you don’t have
the data. For example, you can have two instances of the Policy component on the policyholder
record page—one for your policies and another for your competitors' policies. Hide the claims
list for competitors’ policies because it’s not relevant for your agents.

On the account record page, from Setup, select Edit Page.
Click anywhere on the Policy component to select it.
In the properties pane, deselect Show claims.
Save your changes.
