First-time loan applicants can be overwhelmed by the application and appreciate guidance from a banker to complete the process. For example, a first-time homeowner needs a loan to complete the structural modifications identified in a home inspection. They require the expertise of a banker to guide them to enter their applicant details, upload supporting documentation, and provide feedback on the monthly payment, term, and rate options. The banker makes sure that the application is completed correctly so that the loan is approved quickly.
- In App Launcher select Digital Lending.

In the menu, select Products, then select a product name.
On the product detail page review FAQs, product details, and related records.
- Click Start Application.
- Enter personal information.
- Enter loan details.
- Enter address information.
- Enter income information.
- Enter expense information.
- Enter automatic payment details.
- Enter additional applicants.
- Enter Soft Credit Pull Disclaimer.
- View and select an offer.
- Upload applicant documents.
- Review disclosure and consent.
- Review application summary.
- Click Submit Application.
