            Configure Dynamic Picklist Values for Financial Intermediaries

            Customize data collection by mapping roles and attributes to intermediary onboarding forms. Configure picklist values on application form and party profile objects to categorize intermediary firms, identify personnel, such as Salesforce admins and loan processors, and capture geographic data.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To activate the picklist values: Customize Application

            Provide specific options for intermediary firms during onboarding by configuring picklist values for the application form, applicant, and party profile objects. Add values to fields such as Type, Role, and Nationality to capture intermediary firm and employee details.

            1. From Setup, click Object Manager.
            2. Select the object for the object you want to update.
              For example, select Application Form.
            3. Click Fields & Relationships.
            4. Click the name of the field that you want to modify, such as Type.
            5. In the Values section, click New.
            6. Enter the picklist values, with each value on its own line.
              1. For the Application Form Type field, enter BrokerFirmOnboarding and BrokerEmployeeOnboarding.
              2. For the Applicant Role field, enter BrokerFirm, BrokerRM, BrokerAdmin, and ShareHolder.
              3. For the Applicant Salutation field, enter Mr.and Mrs..
              4. For Party Profile fields (Country of Birth, BusinessEntityCtryofInc, BusinessEntityCtryofRgstr, and CountryOfDomicile), enter a value, such as India, USA, or UK.
              5. For the Party Profile Nationality field, enter a value, such as Indian, American, British, India, USA, or UK.
            7. Save your changes.
            8. Repeat these steps for each object and field in the mapping table.
