          Configure the Financial Intermediary Experience Cloud Template

          Create a secure, branded site for your intermediary firm with the Financial Intermediary Portal template in Experience Cloud. Provide dedicated pages for firm registration, employee onboarding, and loan application intake. Configure site membership and public access for unauthenticated guest users to control navigation and security settings.

          Before you create an Experience Cloud site, enable Digital Experiences in Salesforce.

          Use the prebuilt portal template, Financial Intermediaries Portal to create an Experience Cloud site so that intermediary employees can use this portal to onboard employees and start loan application intake.

          1. From Setup, find and select All Sites.
          2. Click New.
          3. Select the Financial Intermediary Portal template, and then click Get Started.
          4. Enter a name and URL for the site, and then click Create.
          5. To configure site members and security:
            1. Click Administration, and then select Members.
            2. From the Search list, select Profiles.
            3. Add the Partner Community User profile or your custom intermediary profile to the Selected Profiles list.
            4. Click Save.
          6. To enable onboarding forms for unauthenticated guest users:
            1. Click Builder.
            2. Click Settings, and then select General.
            3. Select Public can access the site.
          7. To create menus for firm admins and unauthenticated guest users, use the Navigation component in Builder.
          8. From Builder, select Navigation.
          9. To create the firm admin navigation menu.
            1. Click Add a new Navigation Menu.
            2. Click Add Menu Item.
            3. For Type, select Site Page.
            4. For Page, select Intermediary Employee Onboarding.
            5. Click Save Menu.
          10. To create the navigation menu for unauthenticated guest users:
            1. Click Add a new Navigation Menu.
            2. Click Add Menu Item.
            3. For Type, select Site Page.
            4. For Page, select Intermediary Firm Onboarding.
            5. Select Publicly Available.
            6. Click Save Menu.
          11. To show different navigation menus to different users, personalize navigation menus based on the audience.
            1. Click the Multilevel Navigation Menu.
            2. Select Personalization.
          12. To personalize the menu for unauthenticated guest users:
            1. For Type, select User, then Profile, and then Profile ID.
            2. Enter the profile ID for the unauthenticated guest user.
            3. Click Save and Assign.
          13. To personalize the menu for Salesforce admins:
            1. For Type, select Profile, and then select the admin profile.
            2. Save and assign the profile.
          14. In Experience Builder, click Publish.
          15. In the confirmation window, click Publish again, and then click OK.

          After you create and publish the site, you can further customize the branding, navigation, and stage management settings to align with your institution's specific onboarding requirements.
