Create a Decision Matrix to Configure Document Upload for Deposit Account
Origination
Create the LendingDocumentTypes decision matrix to automatically determine which
supporting documents a primary applicant or co-applicant must upload based on the selected
deposit account product. This matrix eliminates manual document checklist management and ensures
consistent compliance across all applications.

User Permissions Needed
To set up Digital Lending:
Digital Lending permission set
To configure qualification rules:
Product Discovery Administrator
AND
Rule Engine Designer
AND
Product Catalog Management Designer
To run qualification rules:
Product Discovery User
AND
Product Catalog Management Viewer
Create three columns with these values:

Data Type

applicantType

docTypeLabel
Output
Text
Add a row for each applicant type and product combination, and enter the corresponding
document type label in the docTypeLabel column. For example, enter
Driving_License or Passport.
Save your changes and activate the decision matrix.
Note The docTypeLabel output value must exactly match the
document type names defined in the Document Category Document Type records.
