          Create a Document Upload Decision Matrix for Digital Lending

          Customize a document form that includes the ProductId, ApplicantType, Level, and DocTypeLabel.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To set up Digital Lending: Digital Lending permission set
          To configure qualification rules:

          Product Discovery Administrator

          AND

          Rule Engine Designer

          AND

          Product Catalog Management Designer

          To run qualification rules:

          Product Discovery User

          AND

          Product Catalog Management Viewer

          In this example, create a decision matrix that determines which document types an applicant must upload based on the personal loan product and applicant type.

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Business Rules Engine.
          2. From the navigation bar, select Lookup Tables.
          3. Click New.
          4. Click Decision Matrix, and then click Next.
          5. Enter the Name LendingDocumentTypes. For Type, select Standard, and then click Save.
          6. Click the Related tab.
          7. In the Decision Matrix Versions, click LendingDocumentTypesV1.
          8. Click Add Column, add four columns with the following data, and then click Done.

            applicantType Input Text
            level Input Text
            docTypeLabel Output Text
          9. From the App Launcher, find and create a product. (Skip this step if you already have products.)
            1. To create a product, click New
            2. Enter a Product Name and select Active
            3. Enter a Display URL
            4. Select a Product Family
            5. Select a Product Type, and then select Based On to align the product to a product classification.
            6. Enter a Product Code.
            7. Enter a Product Description and save the product.
          10. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Document Type, and then select Document Type.
            1. Create a document type, or confirm an existing one.
            2. Save the API name of the document type for later. 
          11. From the App Launcher, find and select Business Rules Engine.
            1. From the navigation bar, select Lookup Tables.
            2. Select the decision matrix LendingDocumentTypes. In the Decision Matrix Versions, click LendingDocumentTypes V1.
          12. Click Add Row, add a row with the following data, and then click Done.
            ProductId ApplicantType Level DocTypeLabel
            ProductId created in the previous step. Primary Applicant ApplicationFormProduct API name of the document type created in the previous step.
          13. Save and activate the decision matrix.
