Disclosure is information that a financial institution is required to share with a customer
and consent is the permission a customer grants to perform actions on their behalf.
Example For example, customize the personal loan product disclosure information and ask the
applicant for consent to perform actions on their behalf. Show the text in a language based on
the applicant's location.
Create a decision table with the column headings that represent
the product, applicant, and reason for collecting data. If you haven’t already, create a
personal loan product and a data use purpose record that defines the reason for collecting
customer consent and disclosure. Then, create an English locale authorization form that
shows English disclosure and consent text when an applicant completes the personal loan
application from an English locale.
