            Customize an Experience Cloud Page for Financial Intermediaries

Use a centralized platform for loan origination and status tracking to accelerate partnership processes.

            Complete the steps to set up and configure Experience Cloud by using the Digital Lending template for your org:

            • Update the Financial Services For Partner Community Login Permission Set
              Grant external partners access to digital lending records by customizing the Financial Services for Partner Community Login permission set. Define permissions that let intermediary employees manage onboarding applications, upload documentation, and complete assessment questions.
            • Update the Partner Community Login Profiles for Financial Intermediaries
              Establish a security foundation for intermediaries by configuring the Partner Community Login profile for financial intermediaries. Grant permissions, such as Discovery Framework and Omnistudio, to let intermediary employees use guided Omniscripts for registration and loan intake. Align profile settings with object functionality to let intermediaries manage business processes in your Experience Cloud site.
            • Set Up Experience Cloud Sharing for Financial Intermediaries
              Secure your partner portal and grant guest access by configuring criteria-based sharing rules for onboarding assets. These rules let unauthenticated guest users interact with Discovery Framework and Omnistudio components, such as registration forms, without compromising security. Target unique developer names to give intermediaries the permissions to start onboarding.
            • Configure the Financial Intermediary Experience Cloud Template
              Create a secure, branded site for your intermediary firm with the Financial Intermediary Portal template in Experience Cloud. Provide dedicated pages for firm registration, employee onboarding, and loan application intake. Configure site membership and public access for unauthenticated guest users to control navigation and security settings.
