          In the loan origination process, integrating with external service providers is essential for performing various verifications and checks, such as Aadhaar authentication, PAN authentication, bank account verification, and employment verification. To connect with external service providers, Digital Lending—India offers integration pre-processing templates in the form of integration definitions, integration procedures, and Omnistudio Data Mappers.

          Summer ’24 Release

          Permanent Account Number (PAN) authentication
          Retrieve the name of the PAN holder by using their PAN. Use the retrieved name in the name match integration to verify the identity of the applicant.
          Advanced PAN authentication
          Validate the identity of a PAN holder by authenticating both the applicant’s photograph and PAN card image.
          Utility Bill authentication
          Verify an applicant’s identity and address by matching the details with their address on a utility bill.
          Name match with PAN
          Match the name provided by your loan applicants with their name on the PAN card.
          Address match with Aadhaar
          Match the address provided by your loan applicants with their address on the Aadhaar card.
          Video Know Your Customer (Video KYC)

          Confirm ownership and vehicle details by verifying the applicant’s vehicle registration certificate (RC).

          Verify the applicant’s identity by sending a selfie liveness check link to the applicant. 
          Mandate Registration
          Register a mandate for the applicant to set up streamlined loan repayment methods. Fetch the status of the registration after the initiation.
          UPI Debit Request
          Initiate a UPI debit request for an origination fee or a processing fee from the applicant’s account. Initiate this request when the mandate is registered through the applicant’s UPI. Get the status of the UPI debit request after the initiation.
