process in the intermediary portal. The relationship manager provides intermediary firm details
such as employee profiles, and regulatory documentation. Accelerate the transition from applicant
to authorized partner and capture compliance data for lender review.

From your financial institution’s website, start an application to onboard an intermediary
firm.
In the Firm Identity section, enter the business name exactly as it appears on official
government registration or tax documents.
Enter the active professional or state-issued license number for the intermediary
firm.
Enter the details for the relationship manager.
Review the information for accuracy, and click Submit.
Based on your Stage Management orchestration logic, after you approve the intermediary, the
orchestration grants the firm access and sends an email notification. The relationship manager
enters the details of the intermediary firm and the intermediary admin.
