Initiate an Intermediary Partnership Application Establish a partnership with your lending institution by initiating the onboarding process in the intermediary portal. The relationship manager provides intermediary firm details such as employee profiles, and regulatory documentation. Accelerate the transition from applicant to authorized partner and capture compliance data for lender review.
Register an Intermediary Firm Provide business credentials and intermediary admin details to register onboard employees. The lending institution performs due diligence before granting access to the intermediary portal. Upon approval, the designated intermediary admin can manage the firm's profile and provision access for employees.
Onboard Intermediary Employees to the Intermediary Portal Initiate an onboarding request to provide staff access to the lending portal. Assign roles, such as loan originator or loan processor, to grant permissions based on responsibilities. Submit employee details to trigger an automated flow. Your employees then log in, complete their profiles, and collaborate on loan applications.
