          A Meeting Concierge playbook has three stages:

          • Pre-Meeting Preparation: Gather context and documents to prepare the advisor brief before the meeting.
          • In-Meeting Facilitation: Manage the agenda, capture key points, and document outcomes during the meeting.
          • Post-Meeting Follow-Up: Summarize key takeaways, identify action items, and start follow-up workflows.

          Note The cards and actions that appear in each stage vary depending on your Salesforce admin's playbook configuration.
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Agentforce Meeting Concierge, and then select Meeting Playbook.
          2. Select a meeting playbook.
          3. Click Refresh to refresh all cards.
          4. Click Pre-Meeting Preparation.
            1. Click Generate Discussion Guide to generate a discussion guide based on the preparation brief.
            2. Select the Client Summary card.
              View a summary of recent interactions and account details in a structured brief.
            3. Select the Meeting Preparation Tasks card.
              View a structured pre-meeting checklist. Create, edit, and complete action plan items to prepare for the meeting.
            4. Select the Documents card.
              Upload documents and select to summarize, include in meeting preparation, or mark as client-facing.
            5. Select the Meeting Preparation Brief card.
              View a custom agenda based on client goals and portfolio performance. Click Edit to update the meeting brief.
            6. Select the Attendee Management card.
              View a list of meeting attendees.
          5. Select In-Meeting Facilitation.
            1. Click Generate Meeting Follow Up to generate a summary based on the meeting notes.
            2. Select the Meeting Discussion Guide card.
              View a structured meeting agenda. Click Edit to update the meeting guide.
            3. Select the Meeting Notes and Documents card.
              Capture meeting notes by using audio recording, typed notes, or uploaded recordings. Meeting notes appear as attachments on the Meeting Discussion Guide and Documents cards.
            4. Select the Documents card.
              Upload documents and select to summarize, include in meeting preparation, or mark as client-facing.
          6. Select Post-Meeting Follow-Up.
            1. Select the Meeting Follow-Up Summary card.
              View a draft meeting summary and key decisions for advisor review.
            2. Select the Agentforce Actions card.
              View and act on post-meeting follow-up actions.
            3. Select the Meeting Follow-Up Tasks card.
              View tasks and a structured post-meeting checklist.
            4. Select the Documents card.
              Upload documents and select to summarize, include in meeting preparation, or mark as client-facing.
