            Use Analytics for Vlocity Insurance (Managed Package)

            CRM Analytics for Vlocity Insurance includes the Insurance Claims and Policy Analytics app and Policy Renewal Prediction app. Use the Insurance Claims and Policy Analytics app to get actionable insights into claims management and policy administration. With the Insurance Claims and Policy Analytics dashboards, claim handlers and producers can prioritize tasks, claims, quotes, and policies that need immediate attention to improve customer satisfaction.

            Required Editions

            Available for an additional cost in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions where Financial Services Cloud for Insurance is enabled and Vlocity Insurance is installed
