After you install the Health Cloud Package Extension for Field Service, create app extensions that connect the installed flows to the Field Service Mobile App for Health Cloud. Connecting these flows allows your mobile users to perform common tasks from the mobile app.
- In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Field Service Mobile Settings, then select Field Service Mobile Settings.
-
Click
next to
Field Service Mobile Settings, then click Show
Details.
- Under App Extensions, click New.
- Enter a label for your app extension, for example, Close Care Plan Tasks. This label is what your users see in the app.
- For Type, select Flow.
- Enter a name that expresses the purpose of the flow, for example, Close Care Plan Tasks.
- For Launch Value, enter the API name of the flow, for example, CloseCarePlanTasks.
- For Scoped to Object Types, which controls where users can find and activate the flow, enter the API name of the object. If you want to scope the flow to multiple objects, separate the object names with a comma and no space. For example, if you enter Account,Contact, users can activate the flow from the detail page of an account or contact. To create an unscoped flow action so that users can activate the flow from multiple screens, leave this field blank.
- Save your work.
- Create an app extension for each of the flows installed with the Health Cloud Package Extension for Field Service.
