            Give Users Access to Health Cloud Surveys

            Enable care coordinators to send surveys to patients and other care team members.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
            Give your users access to surveys by adding a subtab in the patient record.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Custom Settings, and then select Custom Settings.
            2. Click Manage next to Card View Dropdown.
            3. Create an item in your Patient Card view by clicking New.
              Enter values as follows:
              Name
              Name of the parent category that contains child menu navigation items. Enter a name, such as Surveys.
              Category Label
              Choose a label. You can use the same value as the Category Name.
              Category Name
              If you have many subtabs, enter a parent category name to help users find this child menu item. The category name is just a heading and isn’t a clickable navigation link. For example, Engagement.
              Default Subtab
              Select Default Subtab if you want this item on all dropdowns you create in Health Cloud.
              URL Parameter
              Leave blank.
              Tab Type
              Enter Subtab.
              Subcategory Name
              Enter a name for the clickable link that opens the page or tab. Use the same value you chose for the Name field.
              Subcategory Label
              Choose a label, preceded by Tab_. Use the same value you chose for Subcategory Name. For example: Tab_Survey
              Subtab Sort Order
              Enter a numerical value to indicate where on the list this item appears. Higher numbers appear lower on the list.
              Page Type
              Enter VFPage.
              URL
              Enter /apex/HealthCloudGA__HcAssessmentPage.
