            Use Outcome Management to make a measurable and actionable impact strategy for your grants. Define your impact strategy, collect data, and track the progress of your grants. Monitor your grant impact strategy by setting time-bound targets and monitoring ongoing results.

            User Permissions Needed
            To use Outcome Management with Grantmaking in CRM:

            Outcome Management permission set OR Manage Outcomes system permission

            AND

            Grantmaking Manager permission set
            To create and activate versions of Omnistudio components:

            Outcome Management for Experience Cloud permission set

            AND

            Grantmaking for Experience Cloud permission set

            Use Outcome Management to:

            • Evaluate the outcomes of your grants with consistent and time-bound measurements.
            • Collaborate with grantees in your Grantmaking Experience Cloud site to propose and demonstrate the impact of their project as a result of the grant they received. Add the Create Indicator Results component to the Funding Award object in Experience Cloud so users can enter multiple results at once.
            • Communicate the results of your grants to your stakeholders on your Grantmaking Experience Cloud site.
            • Review and assess the applications that best align to your impact strategy.
            Note
            Note To make it easier to report on Grantmaking-related records for Outcome Management, add the names of the Grantmaking objects in the type fields on Outcome Management objects. The type fields include Outcome Activity Type on Outcome Activity and Indicator Assignment Type on Indicator Assignment.
