          Create a Patient Relationship Graph from a Template

          Use the patient relationship template in Actionable Relationship Center (ARC) to create a graph that show a patient’s relationships to households, care plans, and other accounts.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
          User Permissions Needed
          To access Health Cloud Objects: Health Cloud Foundation
          1. Create a patient relationship graph from a template.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Actionable Relationship Center, and then select Actionable Relationship Center.
            2. Select New Relationship Graph.
            3. On the Default Templates tab, select Patient Relationships.
            4. Click Create Graph.
            5. Enter a label. We suggest Patient Relationship.
            6. Keep the default developer name.
            7. Select a graph type.
            8. Save your work.
          2. Add the patient relationship graph to a patient account record page.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find Box, enter Lightning App Builder, and then select Lightning App Builder.
            2. Click Edit next to the page for your patient person account record.
            3. To create a tab for the relationship graph, select the details area, and click Add Tab in the Properties.
            4. Select the tab label Relationships.
            5. On the details area, select the Relationships tab.
            6. From the component list select ARC Relationship Graph and drag it to the Relationships tab.
            7. Enter a label. We suggest Relationship Graph.
            8. For the graph name, select the graph you created.
            9. Save your work.
            10. Activate the page if the page is not already activated.
