Create a Practitioner Relationship Graph Using a Template
Use the healthcare practitioner relationship template in Actionable Relationship Center
(ARC) to create a graph that shows a practitioner’s relationships to facilities, provider NPIs,
provider specialties, certifications, and business licenses.
Required Editions

User Permissions Needed
To access Health Cloud Objects:
Health Cloud Foundation
These instructions assume that you have set up person accounts for providers. If you have set
up contact records for providers, create a Contact Relations graph and add it to the contact
record page instead.
Create a practitioner relationship graph from a template.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Actionable Relationship
Center, and then select Actionable Relationship
Center.
Select New Relationship Graph.
On the Default Templates tab, select Healthcare
Practitioner.
Click Create Graph.
Enter a label. We suggest Practitioner Relationship.
Keep the default developer name.
Select a graph type.
Save your work.
Add the provider relationship graph to a provider account record page.
From Setup, in the Quick Find Box, enter Lightning App Builder,
and then select Lightning App Builder.
Click Edit next to the page for your provider person account
record.
To create a tab for the relationship graph, select the details area, and click
Add Tab.
Select the tab label Relationships.
On the details area, select the Relationships tab.
From the component list select ARC Relationship Graph and drag it
to the Relationships tab.
Enter a label. We suggest Relationship Graph.
For the graph name, select the graph you created.
Save your work.
Activate the page if the page is not already activated.
