Help users make more informed decisions regarding order agreements and pricing by
displaying the complete hierarchy of entities that have relationships with each other. Move
across the ARC graph horizontally to view objects and records in the upward and downward
hierarchy, and track the anchor node path.

Visualize ARC graphs with bi-directional, horizontal navigation that render parent records
(above the anchor node) and child records (below the anchor node). Set an anchor for the starting
point of the graph that users can trace back from any point of the graph. Provide a concise view
by adding configurations to collapse, sort, and filter records.
In Life Sciences, account hierarchy management is useful for a variety of reasons:
Helps users like sales representatives make informed choices by providing visibility into
complex organizational structures.
Improves commercial operations for MedTech companies that have contracts with related
entities. View the entities that qualify for downstream processes like pricing of a
contract.
Scales catalog management by providing visibility into product grouping and discounts,
specific to an account or set of accounts.
An
updated account hierarchy improves rebate management by providing transparency around every
order placed for a product.
Configure the Anchor Node in a Graph Type To help users visualize the hierarchical structure of entities, create a graph type in the ARC Builder, and then assign an object as the starting point of the graph. This object is the anchor node. Add its child objects and select the field in each child object that has a lookup to its immediate parent node.
Add the ARC Relationship Graph Component to a Record Page Help users view an ARC graph on the anchor node object’s record page by dragging the ARC Relationship Graph Lightning App Builder component onto an editable part of the page.
View Account Hierarchy in Actionable Relationship Center Easily find the starting point of a graph and view its related entities in upward and downward hierarchy using bi-directional navigation. View the corresponding records of each object, and filter records according to your requirements.
Get a More Compact View of the ARC Graph Manage data by using a streamlined version of the ARC graph with the most relevant information in one place. Reduce the width of the containers, collapse detailed information into split containers, and filter and sort records within each object.
