            Assign Permission Sets to the Einstein Agent User

            Assign the required permissions to the user record that was created when you set up the Provider Matching agent.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

            To assign permission sets:

            Assign Permission Sets

            AND

            View Setup and Configuration
            1. From Setup, find and select Users.
            2. Find and select the EinsteinServiceAgent User record.
            3. Confirm the assigned user license is Einstein Agent and that the assigned profile is Einstein Agent User.
            4. Scroll to the Permission Set Assignments related list and click Edit Assignments.
            5. Under Available Permission Sets, select the Provider Matching Access for AI Autonomous Agents (ASA) permission set, and then click Add.
            6. Save your changes.
