View athenahealth API Consumption
The Digital Wallet Consumption Cards tab provides consumption information for monitoring and
observing usage trends over time. It uses Data 360 core features to collect usage data from
various services, process it in near real-time, and store the consumption records as data
lake objects (DLOs). This architecture helps Digital Wallet provide granular, unified
tracking of consumption-based products, including Data 360, Agentforce, and more. The Health
Cloud Athena Integrations card shows specific details about consumption related to
athenahealth API usage.
Note Because the Consumption Insights page must sync information from multiple sources,
there can be missing data or delays in showing data in the bar charts and other insights on
this page. It’s recommended that you use the credit and capacity consumption data on the
homepage as the latest snapshot of the data in the system. However, if the information in
Digital Wallet differs from your invoice, your monthly statement is the definitive source of
truth for consumption details.
