          Set Up a Data Library for Patient Healthcare Recommendations

          Create a data library with information on healthcare services and assign the library to your agent. A data library is a trusted data source that personalizes answers and improves your agent’s response accuracy. Agentforce uses the data library as the source and provides patient-centric, real-time recommendations for healthcare services to healthcare professionals.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and Agentforce for Health Cloud add-on licenses. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Health Cloud add-on to access the agent action.
          User Permissions Needed
          To add a data library:

          Data Cloud Architect

          AND

          Manage AI Agents OR Customize Application

          Prerequisites:

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agentforce Agents, and then select Agentforce Agents.
          2. Select the agent that you created for patient healthcare and click Open in Builder.
          3. On the Data tab, create a data library.
            1. From the Data Library list, click New Library.
            2. Retain the default selections for the data library and library name.
            3. In Data Type, click Files and upload the source document.
          4. Save your changes.
