Get Your Org Ready to Use Agentforce for Patient Healthcare
Before you get started with Agentforce for patient healthcare, enable and set up Einstein generative AI, Einstein for Health Cloud, and Agentforce.

- Make sure your org is provisioned with these add-on licenses

- EinsteinGPTCopilotAddOn
- EinsteinGPTPromptBuilderAddOn

- HealthCloudAddOn
- On the Company Information page under Setup, make sure your org is provisioned with
these user licenses
- Identity
- Salesforce
- As an admin, make sure you have these permission sets to set up Agentforce for Home Health
- Care Plans Access
- Context Service Admin
- Context Service Runtime
- Data Cloud Architect
- Health Cloud Foundation
- Health Assistive Agent
- Prompt Template Manager
- Make sure the user profile of your healthcare professional has the Read, Create, Edit,
View All Record, and View All Fields access for these objects:
- Account
- Allergy Intolerances
- Care Gaps
- Care Observations
- Clinical Service Requests
- Patient Immunization
- Patient Medical Procedures
- Medication Requests
- Health Conditions
- Clinical Encounters
- Goal Assignments
- Goal Assignment Details
- Opportunities
- Member Plans
- Coverage Benefits
- Coverage Benefit Items
- Coverage Benefit Item Limits
- Set Up Einstein Generative AI
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Health Cloud, and then select Health Cloud.
- Turn on Einstein for Health Cloud.
- Enable Agentforce.
- Turn on Context Services.
- Enable Integrated Care Management.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Care Plan Settings, and then select Care Plan Settings.
- Turn on Care Plans.
Now that you’ve completed the prerequisites for setting up Agentforce for patient healthcare, create an agent.
