Matching helps users find care providers in facilities based on preferences such as provider
location, specialty, and gender.

Turn on the generative AI features required for AI agents in your org. Then, based on the
Patient and Member Services template, select the Provider Matching subagent to include the
Find Providers and Find Provider Info actions in the agent. You must also assign the Provider
Matching Access for AI Autonomous Agents (ASA) permission set to the Einstein Agent User
created during setup. Finally, integrate the activated agent with your patient portal.
You can also add the Provider Matching subagents and actions to an Agentforce Employee Agent.
Any internal user who wants to use it must have the Provider Matching Access for AI Assistive
Agents (AEA) permission set.
Create an Agent for Provider Matching Help your patients and members use Agentforce for finding care providers by creating an agent based on the Patient and Member Services template. Add the Provider Matching subagent to the agent. Provider Matching helps users find care providers or facilities based on preferences such as provider location, specialty, and gender.
