            Turn On Generative AI Features for Health Cloud

            Turn on the generative AI features required for AI agents in your org.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
            User Permissions Needed
            To enable Agentforce:

            Manage AI Agents

            OR

            Customize Application
            1. From Setup, find and select Einstein Setup (under Einstein Generative AI).
            2. Enable Turn on Einstein.
            3. Use the Quick Find box to find and select Health Cloud (under Feature Settings | Health Cloud).
            4. Verify Einstein for Health Cloud is selected.
            5. Refresh your browser.

            Now that you’ve completed the prerequisites, create an agent for Provider Matching.
