            Show Which Providers Accept New Patients

            Help schedulers can find suitable providers faster by using healthcare facility network records. The Panel Status indicates whether the practitioner is accepting new patients.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To use Intelligent Appointment Management: Health Cloud Appointment Management
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Healthcare Facility Networks.
            2. Click New.
            3. Enter a facility network name, practitioner facility, practitioner, and provider.
            4. For Panel Status, select Panel Open.
            5. To activate the healthcare facility network, select Active.
            6. Save your changes.
              Practitioners reflect your changes after the next Provider Search data sync. To sync data manually, see Synchronize Provider Search Data Manually.
