          Configure the Intelligent Appointment Management Component

          Make it easy for call center operators and care coordinators to find the most suitable appointments for patients. Add the Intelligent Appointment Management component to a record page so that users can book, modify, and cancel appointments all in one place.

          • Add the Intelligent Appointment Management Component to Record Pages
            Give schedulers the ability to schedule appointments from accounts, clinical service requests, or tasks. Select the features and fields to include in the appointment console.
          • Show an Appointment List with Modify and Cancel Actions
            Make it convenient for schedulers to modify and cancel appointments by showing the list of existing appointments on the console. From the appointment list, users can click the Modify Appointment action to change appointment details such as the date, time, provider, and asset. Users can also click the Cancel Appointment action to cancel individual appointments.
