          Show an Appointment List with Modify and Cancel Actions

          Make it convenient for schedulers to modify and cancel appointments by showing the list of existing appointments on the console. From the appointment list, users can click the Modify Appointment action to change appointment details such as the date, time, provider, and asset. Users can also click the Cancel Appointment action to cancel individual appointments.

          If an appointment was booked along with other appointments in a multi-step process, the scheduler can view the overall context and modify subsequent appointments in the series.

          If you use Salesforce Scheduler, make sure the Service Appointment page doesn’t include the Modify Service Appointment action. This Salesforce Scheduler action isn’t compatible with the Modify Appointment action for Intelligent Appointment Management. To remove Salesforce Scheduler's Modify Appointment action, go to the Service Appointment object and select the Service Appointment Layout. Then, in the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section, click override the predefined actions and drag the Modify Appointment action back to the Mobile &Lightning Actions section in the palette.

          1. Open a page with the Intelligent Appointment Management component, such as a person account, clinical service request, or task page. Click the Setup icon, and then select Edit page.
          2. Click the tab used for appointment scheduling, and then click the Healthcare Appointment Scheduler component.
          3. Select Show appointments list. The component shows the Appointments List tab.
          4. Save your changes.
