Set Up Page Layouts for Multi-Step Scheduling in Intelligent Appointment Management
Make sure the Work Procedure, Work Procedure Step, and Service Appointment Group page
layouts include the fields and related list required by Intelligent Appointment
Management.

To edit page layouts:
Customize Application
From Setup, select Object Manager.
Find and select each object, click Page Layouts, and then click the
page layout.
Verify that each page layout includes the required fields and related list. If it doesn't,
add them to the page layout.

In a work procedure, the Lead Time Unit Type is the default unit of measure used to
calculate the lead time for each work procedure step. You can override this value by
specifying the Lead Time Unit Type in a work procedure step.
