Set Up Recurring Scheduling for Intelligent Appointment Management
Simplify the process of scheduling ongoing care such as physical therapy appointments
that occur at regular intervals at a specified frequency. Add recurring scheduling to the
Intelligent Appointment Management home page or the appointment guidance flow.

To edit Lightning pages:
Customize Application
This feature requires the use of Salesforce Scheduler as the back-end scheduling system.
To add recurring scheduling to the Intelligent Appointment Management home page, use
Lightning App Builder.
Open a page with the Intelligent Appointment Management component, such as a person
account, clinical service request, or task page.
Click the Setup icon, and then select Edit page.
Click the tab used for appointment scheduling, and then click the Healthcare Appointment
Scheduler component.
Make sure a home page Omniscript such as healthCloudIAM_HomePage_multiLanguage is
specified.
Select Show recurring scheduling.
To add recurring scheduling to your appointment guidance flow, set the SchedulingOption
output variable to Recurring. For details, see Create an Appointment Guidance Flow.
