Give Guest Users Access to Omnistudio Objects for Self-Scheduling
Create a custom permission set that gives guest users read-only access to Omnistudio
objects. Assign the permission set to guest users and create sharing rules for guest
users.

Give guest users access to the Omnistudio standard objects.
Create an Omnistudio permission set for guest users on an Experience Cloud site.
Assign the Omnistudio permission set to guest users.
Create sharing rules for guest users.

Access. When you create the permission set and sharing rules, add extra
permissions as described in the next steps. When you assign the Omnistudio permission set
to guest users, no extra steps are needed.
In the custom Omnistudio permission set, add the permissions required for Intelligent
Appointment Management.
Select the Enables admin/developer to create new OS/DR/VIP
instances and the Enables business users to execute OmniScripts, DRs,
Cards, etc, in employee facing apps system permissions.
For the OmniScript Saved Sessions object, select Read and Create
permissions.
In Setup, go to Sharing Settings to create sharing rules for the Omnistudio objects. Use
the Guest user access, based on criteria rule type.
