          Assign Permissions to the Self-Scheduling Guest User Profile for Experience Cloud

          In the guest user profile for your Experience Cloud site, set up the user and object permissions required to schedule appointments.

          User Permissions Needed
          To assign a permission set:

          To create an Experience Cloud site:

          Create and Set Up Experiences

          View Setup and Configuration

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, and then select All Sites.
          2. On the All Sites page, click Builder next to the site to configure guest access for.
          3. In Experience Builder, click the Settings icon to open the general settings.
          4. From the Page Properties menu at the top of the page , go to the Page Settings and then select Public for the Page Access property.
            Repeat this step for each page you want guest users to access.
          5. Under Public Access, select Guest users can see and interact with the site without logging in.
          6. Under Guest User Profile, click the guest user profile link.
          7. On the user profile page, click View Users, and then select the name of the guest user.
          8. Give the guest user the permissions required to schedule appointments. See Grant Digital Experience Guest Users Omnistudio Access.
          9. Add read access for the Business License, Care Provider Searchable Field, and Code Set Bundle objects.
          10. From Experience Workspaces, in Administration | Preferences, make sure that Let guest users view asset files, library files, and CMS content available to the site is selected. To enable access to CMS collections, select Allow guest users to access public APIs.
