          • Configure the Self-Service Appointment Flow
            Customize the self-service appointment management flows by editing the steps of the Intelligent Appointment Management Omniscripts used for self-scheduling appointments, viewing and canceling appointments, and verifying benefits.
          • Add Support for Google Map Data
            By default, the Self-Scheduling Omniscript for self-service appointment management accepts only ZIP codes for location data. In Omnistudio, you can customize the Omniscript to add support for Google Map data.
          • Manage Cases Related to Self-Service Appointments
            To efficiently resolve scheduling issues, you can create queues for cases related to self-service appointments. Set up rules that automatically route cases to the correct queue.
          • Create a Provider Portal Page on Your Experience Cloud Site
            Give providers the ability to log in to your Experience Cloud site and schedule appointments. Add the Healthcare Appointment Scheduler component to a provider portal page, and add fields such as provider language and gender.
