          Test Self-Scheduling

Create a community user and then log in to your Experience Cloud site and test self-scheduling flows. If you customized flows in a sandbox environment, move components to a production environment.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

          • Create a Community User for Testing Self-Scheduling
To test self-scheduling on your Experience Cloud site, set up a user that includes the same permissions assigned to self-scheduling users, and then log in as this test user to your site.
          • Required Omnistudio Components
If you customize the self-service appointment management flow by editing Intelligent Appointment Management Omniscripts, you typically do so in a trial or sandbox org. After you finish testing your customized Omniscripts, you can move the components to a production org.
