Generative AI Assessment Questions
Important This tool uses generative AI, which is known to include inaccurate
or harmful responses. Before using the generated questions, review the output for accuracy and
safety. You assume responsibility for the output when creating assessments using the generated
questions.
Comply with healthcare regulations by confirming that the source document
doesn’t include any personally identifiable information (PII). Also, you have the final say
about the generated questions because you can always review, update, and delete questions to
meet healthcare standards before consolidating them under an assessment form.
From the App Launcher, find and select Assessment Question Source
Document or Assessment Question.
Click Draft Questions with Einstein.
Upload the PDF or DOCX file.
Select the checkbox to confirm that the file doesn’t contain PII and click
Next.
Einstein generative AI generates the draft questions from the document and creates an
Assessment Question and Assessment Question Version record for each question. Einstein creates
an Assessment Question Source Document record for the document. You also receive an in-app
notification when Salesforce completes creating the questions.
You can see a preview of the
uploaded document and the generated draft questions.
Note In some cases, source documents with images and tables generate
inaccurate questions.
Review each draft question for the text, response values, category, and data type.
To update the question information, click Edit and make the
necessary changes.
To delete a question, click Delete and confirm your action.
Salesforce deletes the Assessment Question and Assessment Question Version record of the
selected question.
If you want to add more questions in addition to the generated ones, click Add
Question and specify the details.
After you’ve reviewed the questions, click Save and Activate.
Salesforce updates the status of the Assessment Question Source Document record to
Completed.
Share feedback about the output using the thumbs up and thumbs down buttons. You
can also provide feedback as to why the output wasn’t helpful. Thumbs responses and additional
feedback are shared only with Salesforce.
Now that the assessment questions are ready for use, you can easily create assessment
question sets and question forms with the help of Discovery Framework. Take a step further and
use OmniScript Designer to build the layout and branching logic of the form, preview the form,
and activate and deploy the form.
Your users can then use the assessments to analyze a
patient's health and improve their health outcomes.
