Assign Permissions to Assessment Generation Users

Provide users with the permission sets and permission set licenses required to create draft assessment questions with Assessment Generation.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

User Permissions Needed
To assign permissions:	Assign Permission Sets AND View Setup and Configuration

AND

View Setup and Configuration

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
Select the appropriate user.
In the Permission Set License Assignment related list, click Edit Assignment.
Select these permission set licenses:
- Generative AI Assessment Questions
- NLP Service
- Scoring Framework
Save your changes.
In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit Assignment.
Move the following permission sets to the Enabled Permission Sets list:
- Health Cloud Foundation
- Scoring Framework Admin (For admin user) or Scoring Framework User (For standard user)
- NLP Service
- Generative AI Assessment Questions
