Enable Users to Assign Scores to Assessment Question Responses
Add the Response Value Score field to the Assessment Question Response page layout so
that users can assign scores to assessment question responses. The assessment score is then
calculated using those scores.

To use assessments:
Industries Assessments permission set license
Note If you started using Discovery Framework after the Spring ‘24 release, you don’t need to
complete this task.
From Setup, go to the Object Manager tab.
Click Assessment Question Response, and then select Page
Layout.
Click Assessment Question Response Layout.
Drag the Response Value Score field onto the page layout.
Save your changes.
