To enable users to open completed Discovery Framework-based internal assessments and
view historical responses within their original context, enable Version-Aware Historical View for
Internal Assessments. This view helps users gain a better understanding of a patient’s health
journey by accessing completed assessments, regardless of their current version.

User Permissions Needed
To work with assessments:
Industries Assessments and Omnistudio User permission sets
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Discovery Framework
Settings and then select General Settings.
Turn on Version-Aware Historical View for Internal
Assessments.
