            Enable Historical Access for Internal Assessments

            To enable users to open completed Discovery Framework-based internal assessments and view historical responses within their original context, enable Version-Aware Historical View for Internal Assessments. This view helps users gain a better understanding of a patient’s health journey by accessing completed assessments, regardless of their current version.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To work with assessments: Industries Assessments and Omnistudio User permission sets
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Discovery Framework Settings and then select General Settings.
            2. Turn on Version-Aware Historical View for Internal Assessments.
