          Configure Assessment Access for Authenticated Users

          Create a profile and user record for external users who log in to an Experience Cloud site and access assessments. Then create and assign the permissions required to access assessments.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and Health Cloud Customer Community or Health Cloud Customer Community Plus license.
          User Permissions Needed
          To assign permission sets:

          1. Create a profile that grants authenticated users access to assessments.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
            2. Next to the Customer Community Plus User, click Clone.
            3. Name the profile.
            4. Save your changes.
            5. In the new profile, edit Standard Object Permissions for assessment objects.
              Object Basic Access
              Assessments Read, Create
              Assessment Questions Read
              Assessment Question Responses Read, Create, Edit
              Assessment Question Versions Read
              Omni Processes Read
              Omni Process Compilations Read
              Omni Process Elements Read
              Omni Process Transient Data Read
            6. To show prefilled assessment questions to authenticated users, select the Run Decision Tables general user permission.
            7. Save your changes.
          2. Create a user record for authenticated users who log in to an Experience Cloud site and access assessments.
          3. Assign the cloned profile to the user record.
          4. Create an Industries Assessment Authenticated User permission set.
            1. From Setup, enter Perm in the Quick Find box, then select Permission Sets.
            2. Click New.
            3. Enter a label such as Industries Assessment Authenticated User.
            4. From the License dropdown list, select Industries Assessment.
            5. Save your changes.
            6. On the Permission Set Overview page, click System Permissions, then click Edit.
            7. Enable Discovery Framework Platform User.
            8. Save your changes.
          5. Assign the Industries Assessment Authenticated User, Omnistudio User, and Assessment Envelope for Community Users permission sets to the authenticated user record.
