Enable Sample Assessments
Before your users can use sample assessments, enable Discovery Framework, and then deploy the sample assessments.

Enable the Crisis Support Center Management app or the Behavioral Health app.
To enable Crisis Support Center Management, you need the Health Cloud Crisis Support Center Management permission set license.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Crisis Support Center Management App Settings or Behavioral Health App Settings, and then select Crisis Support Center Management App Settings or Behavioral Health App Settings.
- Turn on the app.

Enable Discovery Framework and sample assessments.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Discovery Framework, and then select General Settings.
- Turn on Discovery Framework, Import or Export, Sample Templates, and Save Assessment as Draft.

Deploy sample assessments.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Discovery Framework Sample Templates, and then select Discovery Framework Sample Templates.

Deploy the assessment samples.
New versions of AUDIT-C, GAD-7, and PHQ-9 sample assessments don’t overwrite existing versions. After you deploy new versions of these assessments, duplicate OmniScripts and assessment question records are created. To use the latest features in these behavioral health assessments, activate the later versions.

Activate the sample assessment Omniscripts.
- From the App Launcher, find and select OmniStudio.
- From the navigation menu, select OmniScripts.
- For each Omniscript, click the dropdown arrow, and then select Activate.

Activate the sample assessment Integration Procedures.
- From the OmniStudio navigation menu, select OmniScript Integration Procedures.
- For each Integration Procedure, click the dropdown arrow, and then select Activate.

- To make sample assessments available for filtering by type or subtype in the Assessment component, go to the Omni Process object in Object Manager, and then add the sample picklist values for the Type and Sub Type fields.
- To give guest users access to assessments, enable the Guest User Assessments feature and create the necessary profile, permissions, and object access. See Give External Users Access to Assessments.
