Enable Users to Assign Scores to Assessment Question Responses Add the Response Value Score field to the Assessment Question Response page layout so that users can assign scores to assessment question responses. The assessment score is then calculated using those scores.
Set Up a Decision Matrix to Evaluate Scores To evaluate assessment scores, create a decision matrix in Business Rules Engine using a CSV file that contains the assessment questions and assessment question responses with their corresponding response value scores.
Configure and Clone the Flows to Evaluate Assessment Scores Configure the Update Assessment Response Score subflow with your own score evaluation tool and save it as a new subflow. Then, in the Get Assessment Response Score flow, replace the default referenced subflow with your newly cloned subflow and save as a new flow.
